Event Quest Problems

    This is the second time in a row I have completed an event quest and received no reward.
    The Quest:
    Inflict at least 100,000 damage on these 3 NPCs...
    Damage: 2,667,310/100,000
    Collect 10 Solon's coins
    Coins: 72/10

    Even under the quest info it says return to Cassandra the Quest Giver.

    In my previous quest I was supposed to earn 5 reputation points for the Gaia team, I did so, and when I went to cassandra she merely assigned me this new quest, which also has yet to give me a reward. I have tried refreshing more than once, so don't tell me to do that....
