Event Quest

Hello - I completed the event quest and I have returned to Cassandra however the redeem reward is grayed out. The objectives were met: defeat 10 NPC: 10/10, Collect 5 Coins: 56/5.

Please check into this for me. Others have posted issues with the quests in game chat.

check make sure if the quests reset u wont get credit for anything also try f5 sometimes the system is not reading properly just a thought

 

Ahoy mate,

Try logging out then back in. I have to do this sometimes to return my quests. Please let us know if this helps.

 

I tried F5 and that didn't work.
I have logged into today, visited Cassandra on 7/4 and same result.....redeem reward is gray and I met the quest criteria....getting frustrating as I cannot continue quests...hope you can help....Thanks

 

It may seem a silly question but are you visiting the correct quest giver?

 

Yes, Cassandra 7/4 but maybe I went to 13 map so I'll try it

 

No luck, went to 17 quest giver and same results. This is killing the event for me, three days, hope BP plans on giving a nice compensation to me.....

Went to 2/1 and same thing....

Whilst I can not explain why you are experiencing this problem, and can assure you that this has been forwarded to the appropriate people to review.

The only thing I can think has happened is that you started the quest in phase one, and tried to redeem in phase two. It is possible that you are not able to continue one quest over two phases of the event.

I can only state that to be able to continue in the quests, you may want to consider cancelling this quest and trying to start this again.

Whilst I understand this is not what you want to hear, it will indeed let you continue in your quests at this time.
