    ok yesterday you fixed the rank for some people but others you didnt like me you reset my points and i was in top 10 so i have no chance of gettin back in top 10 but everyone that was with me in top ten didnt get reset just me can you fix this please it isnt right for people to just win

    We are extremely sorry about the bug where some of the ranking points for the start of the 2nd phase were not reset correctly. Due to the technical difficulties involved, we are unfortunately unable to correct this for the 2nd phase but have already fixed it for the start of the 3rd phase on Wednesday.

    but how dose that help at all hardly anyone has a chance of winning a map to help there boat and also no one has a chance of gettin in top 10 to even win more souls

    Well , thats great for all the playes who werent trying to get top 10, but what about all of the rest of us who were top ten last phase, had a good chance to be top ten this phase, and were still reset because of a problem that wasnt our own fault, but bigpoints.
