example closing so cant reply to there answers

This matter obviously was investigated and resolved otherwise you would not have got any reward, even if it did go to the wrong account, maybe you should then have contacted the person who issued you the reward and stated to them that you should have not received it. I would think that would be down to you to try to rectify not state the person in question did it incorrectly, and leave at that. However as I was not involved in that decision making I can not comment as to why you received instead of frank.

    as i stated the rewards was placed on my account the day i went away i dont no who placed the items on my account but why would i contact them anyway both accounts was entitled to these rewards we shouldnt have to respond bk in an email for something some1 in bp did?

    clearly some1 did on spite wasnt no system glitch that only affected 2 uk accounts.

    and if a manager did i would like an explination as to why they did this as i stated the rewards was nothing its the fact some1 can do this to players accounts.

    this was just something that was noticed what else is taking place that players havent noticed yet ?

    and the rewards was handed out just to end the matter so it wasnt investigated further so the person who did what they did wasnt found out:eek:

    but handing rewards out just to end the matter isnt exceptable i want answers to who did it why they did it and dealt with accordingly cause who knows what else they could be up to cause we both no this wasnt no system error.

    If you wish answers to your query then you would have needed to request this when this matter was first resolved.

    To bring up a matter from a while ago, that was resolved by the customer care team and request information that I do not have, nor do I intend to seek, is not a matter for this forum.

    This was resolved by the customer care team, you received your reward you state you should have had but then also stated it should have been on franks account not yours as you were clearly out of time, is baffling. However as I have stated, I was not involved in this decision, nor did I place any reward upon your account.

    I am again closing this thread, as it has been answered to the best of my ability. I kindly ask you to refrain from bringing this subject back on to the forum, any further attempts at this will result in them being deleted immediately.
