    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    It is obvious that the System Exploit Debuffs have little to no effect on the usage of Exploit Buffs, be they generated by Hackers/Crackers or bought. The Exploit Buffs far and away exceed the System Debuffs. For example, a Speed Exploit Buff can be 100% or more of speed capabilities obtainable through game play by all, while the Debuff is 5% or less. Consideration should be given to eliminating the Exploit buff before applying the System Debuff. And it may reduce the unbelievable number of those wearing the "Eye of Shame".
