    can anyone suggest how to upgrade ship extensions up to level 4.. I can upgrade only up to level 3 in trading post

    I believe they are only available to upgrade during certain times/events.

    level 4 exntensions are aa new feature that was introduced in payment packs last month. as such to it'ss new introduction, you can only obtain level 4's in payment packs at the moment. Level 3 upgrades appear every now and then on certain promotions such as the current extensions sale and buccaneers bounty. outside of these promotions, the maximum level you can upgrade to is level 2.
