    The quest says use 50 decoys to receive cannons and rep. What are Decoys and where can I get them? I have searched exhaustively through the Quests Index and see no mention of this anywhere...

    Ahoy Tergrinder!

    Decoy is a special ability of your submarine which allow you to avoid the incoming damage.

    If you wish for Decoy to be unlocked you have to complete some quests within the Atlantis.
