Why one day Bigpoint promises to eliminate cheaters and a few days later give a chance to avoid penalties ? this behavior has to learn that it is worth to cheat and that Bigpoint and employees will do anything to fraudsters were safe and could always avoid punishment ? why Bigpoint takes the side of crooks and contrary to promises all the time does not eliminate them? children using games Bigpoint learn that it is worth cheating that the promises given by a large company are worthless? it is one of the objectives Bigpoint learn that it is worth to cheat ?

In 2012 producer Jan promised new maps and elite Levels , now it is 2015 years this is another empty promise? this is the strategy Bigpoint ? empty promises ?

These 10 000 cheaters returned , bigpoint allowed them to keep all the illegally gained benefits , millions mojo and pearls, cloned cannon and cannonballs, extra HD and extra% damage , premium account for many years gained from the chest key bug , which is provided for compensation for players who play fair ?

1/ The decision to give players the opportunity to redeem themselves has been made, we can not change this, nor can we explain why this was made.

2/ There has been many new maps introduced to the game since 2012, they may not be new map levels Ie 21, 22, 23 and 24, however there has been changes made. Regarding elite levels, this is something the programmers are working on, and more information should follow when this is ready for release. This is not something that can be expected shortly.

3/ Any imposing ban is carried out regardless of the amount of money any individual player has spent, and any remarks contrary to this statement is a complete rumour.

4/ This query has been forwarded to the managers for review.
