    Hello, if you stay on the map and when the new npcs come sometimes it cannot be boarded. you either have to change maps or relog. P.S. when will the toucan get fixed. Thanks

    Ahoy,

    This is a known issue what happens sometimes. When an NPC spawns within your view distance (in this case the entire map), there is a chance that the Boarding Icon is not shown. As you have already mentioned, changing maps, relogging or even just refreshing the page will then show the Boarding Icons again on these NPCs. This issue will be forwarded.

    In regards to the Toucan pet, I have no additional information to provide on this, I shall again forwarding this issue so it is not forgotten. When this is corrected it should be announced in the     Patchday Notes 2018.

    Yep, but before you close let me add additional info on the toucan pet bug = Other players can see it teleported there too not just the pet owner. Thanks!
