First Time Purchase Bonus​

General Info

Enjoy an extra bonus bundle at no extra cost when you make your first qualifying purchase in a calendar month from the in-game Shop.

Eligible offers are marked with a “First Purchase” banner in the in-game Shop.

How do I see what I’ll get?

When you hover an eligible package in the in-game Shop, the tooltip shows:

• The package’s base items
• The bonus items, shown separately in the tooltip for clarity

What happens when I add an eligible package to my Cart?

When you add a “First Purchase” package to your Cart:

• The Cart will show two line items:
  • the base package
  • the linked bonus bundle
• Other First Purchase bonus' will not be available while you have one in your cart.

Key rules

• Only one First Purchase bonus per calendar month per account
• Bonuses do not stack: adding multiple eligible packages will not grant multiple bonuses
• Only the first eligible package added to the Cart is the one that can grant the bonus

If you’re buying multiple packages: add the package with the bonus you want to the Cart first.

Discount

After you complete a First Purchase eligible transaction, you may also receive a one-time discount buff if the bonus contains one.

How it works

• Applies to your next payment purchase (i.e., the next checkout using real-money payment)
• The discount is removed immediately after one eligible purchase is completed
• If unused, it expires automatically when its timer runs out

Where do I see it?

While active, an icon showing it active on your account, with a duration of how long it remains (generally until the end of the calendar month).
