fix caudrin of aruba pls n ty

hi same to me. used to you coundlt see what you get n caudriun of aruba and cant throw n pearls only mojos .can see n log now can see what you get ty developers. but still cant throw n pearls. CM told me to log off and back again so i did can throw n like 20 to 30 pearls now each time then says you cannot afford this operation i shouldnt have to keep logging off in on just to throw n 20 to 30 pearls never had this issue

 

Could you please provide your player ID# and server you play on so that we may look into it. I was on when you asked in chat about the issue and I and another Admin both used the cauldron and threw pearls in. It function for me after I logged off and back in and the other Admin had no issue at all so I would like to look at your account to see what is causing you problems. Thank you.

yeah im having the same issue i throw my mojo's and nothing appears on the screen where it shows ur rewards. plz fix

 

It does this to me also when iv spent about 80k pearls in the cauldren. Starts telling me I can't afford the operation

 

As DISNEY has contacted support we can no longer help here on the forum. To the other players we have forwarded this issue to BP and they will work to solve the problem. Seeing as nothing further can be done here for the time being I will close:
