Fleets broken only for some?

    What's with the fleets at map 24, can't use them to defend or take islands or even test. Some players can launch a fleet while others can't. When does this get fixed?

    Which server?

    If one of PvE or Global Europe 8 then please be aware that we disabled the ability to send fleets if your ship is on PvE mode.

    That change took place during Wednesday sync.
