floating cargo barrles in water on all maps

    what is it ?and why are they all over?it disappears after you go to collect...???

    Cargo is used for the Vovoi Quest "Time and Tides":
    Collect 5 Cargo
    Collect 1 Medicinal Bundle​

    Cargo is also used for a couple of Quests when levelling from level 26 to level 30, and in 22/1 Cargo shall contain some gold boarding equipment or 2 crowns.

    It is by design that Cargo in the lower maps contain no reward, and are only supposed to be used for the Vovoi Quest mentioned above.

    so they are useless between 15 and 20 maps?

    There only use at them levels is for the Quest, other than that they have no function.
