from level 10 downgrade to level 1

    Help, please,
    this is my ID: 14/2255996
    For a couple of days I am banned on map 1, but my progress was at least level 10.
    Now my ship is on silent harbour (between 10 and 9) and can't enter any neighbour map.
    Please look into my account and convince Yourself about my problem.
