GA1 still down!

Glad I am out of town and not trying to play this broken game. I did bring lap top to loginto game to see what's going on. Yes it went down yesterday evening and is still down an appears going to be this way until Monday I hope very upset players that play this game come back but may be the straw seeing how BP can not even care enough to bring in personal to fix the game when has issue such as this. People are or were spending money and have lost lots of time due to downed server. Same laptop go to server 146 west and get right onto water server not down. With this has been passed on meaning will be down until Monday at least. So this speaks to what they think of us the players. Be patient and all time lost to your stuff paid for will be lost because they can not fix the game or servers.

 

It seems at this time we are experiencing issues with a couple of our servers. We are hoping to resolve this shortly. Thank you for your patience while we look into it.

 

Yes and the problem is every player on the selected servers expire clocks do not stop running when servers are down. All time for buffs, hp, prem. every thing that expires are lost time. When a player spend lots of time to say like 7, 8 or Sag. scrolls to get hit points for 15 days and just losing days because of this really. Being patient is not an option when losing what you pay for or spen lots of time to recive just to lose to down server!

 

They are just trying again to restart the servers, hopefully this will resolve this matter.
