    Hi - you used to be able to use Ultimate Game Cards to purchase items but I don't see that option as a payment selection anymore - is it still an option somewhere?

    If it was removed, what happened to the balance on account and to use it?

    UGC were discontinued sometime mid to late last yr there was forum updates on this for some time all balances were as BP puts were on UGC side and of course UGC says just the opposite suffice to say if you had a balance its long gone

    These Cards were removed from the game last year. If you do have any balance left please contact the Card providers themselves as we are unable to help in this matter.
