Support Game is unplayable - LAGS. GE7

    As title says. In the moment - 1pm CEST - on GE7 we spend more times stuck in lags than actually playing. People are leaving the game despite there being event with OKayish rewards because they can't play. NPCs are running away halfway through killing them and we can't do anything.

    Sometimes it takes 4-5 minutes to start repairing ship. It's awful and it already lasts for few hours at the very least. In 7 minutes I managed to shoot event NPC 2 times (TWICE) because of lags. This doesn't make any sense.

    very nice when you have 20 min to do a quest , then you freeze,log out ,log back in again ,come back on the map with 0 vp and 0 hp and can't still not move

    The server lag issue has been forwarded immediately to the tech team.

    It is still being investigated and should be resolved shortly.
