    I just logged on there are no npcs or monsters etc etc on water no event tab no captains tab

    Same for me, not any npcs except for some few event npcs sometimes.

    I concur - no league of captains, no monsters npc's etc ...
    programmers all fallen over at pre-christmas lunch perhaps?:p

    You can still do magic scrolls! Just saying in case you have nothing to do.
    Edit. Nope, I did Virgo and it worked, but I cannot do capricornus now.
