Gem Cutter Fail

    SO, I went to the Gem Cutter to turn some of these low level gems we are now getting from the event ships and to my surprise, none of them could be selected to be upgraded, the whole section where the gem inventory is goes blank when switching from Ship to Gem Cutter. Why? Or How do I upgrade them?

    You need to choose the correct level of the gemstone (dropdown menue below the inventory in the gem polishing area)

    Ahoy mate,

    Don Ulbert is correct please make sure your are under the proper section for each level.

    Ah, that was probably the problem, I never noticed a level dropdown. I'll check it out the next time I'm in the safe haven.

    Yes, I can confirm that the question is now answered and I was able to upgrade my gems. Thanks to both you and Don. :)
