Gem System Broke? Gem Question

    Hello, Is anyone able to get their Gem system to work and open up the contents of their Booty Bags and begin the process of cutting and placing Gems?


    2nd question: Can I replace a lower level Gem say on a Supremacy Ship design and place a higher level Gem in it's place for higher potency and basically customize that design? I realize there will be limits but it is what I have for now.
