    Hello,

    I can't exchange ship gems from safe harbor.
    and the design graphics are not visible in the client
    when will this problem be fixed?

    Ahoy mate, sometimes there are visual glitches but the gems are removed and added as indented. Have you tried logging out and back in to check the gems are added/removed as you have intended?

    Hello,

    My earnings from my account pearls have been withdrawn 2 times.
    I sent a ticket to the support team but got no response.
    Twice the pearls I earned unfairly were withdrawn.
    and my pearl - gained value.
    please help me
