    hello i had on pet dodge gem now i have the hit prob gem its the second time you change that i didnt write the first time but now i need my gem back fix it

    I am sorry but if you had removed the gem you lost first and then installed the new gem you would not have lost your original gem. Because it was an error on the player part we can not replace the gem you lost. I know this is not what you want to hear, but in the future, remove the gem prior to placing a new one and you will not have this issue again.

    where do i find the screen shoot of my gem i dont screen shoot them everytime i change but now i will so you guys belive this game every time have problems im really tired of this game
