getting logged out by system

just a question to the mods been getting logged off when shooting event ships multiple times today have gotten logged out when changing maps have cleared everything including resetting modem this is getting annoying any info you might give me on this ????

There is no reason that I am aware of that you should be getting logged out. I have noticed it on occasion when I have not been on the back pages for a long time and those get logged out, but not from the seachart? Are you actually getting logged off the seachart?

 

yes it was real bad yesterday id be rolling along top of a map and it would log me right off im shooting multiple event ships were it would act like it was freezing up then log me off while shooting an event ship in the middle of a stack of players its happened to several other players today that ive talked too it even happened several times changing maps unreal what ever there doing behind the seens wow didnt make for fun shooting events

We will need your user ID to look into this. Sometimes this can happen if people log on to the account at the same time (which is against the rules). Also, the only other reason I can think of internet or inactivity issues. But neither seem to be your issue if you're playing and you've checked your modem.
