Support Glitter Doubler Broken?

Shinnie doubler not working why? Booked Glitter Doubler 13.06.2019 seems for last 3 days now not getting double so what have we paid for? Always broken take money for stuff then only works sometimes just more and more ripping us off!

Having reviewed your account, you do have the Glitter Doubler active, and from the values we received while testing collecting Glitters it does appear to be working as designed.

Could you describe why you feel it is not working as designed?

well when picking up cargo not getting 2 crowns or other stuff like I was it's back to 1 as when no doubler, so no it's not with the numbers I see they are not double period!

As far as I am aware, Cargo rewards are not increased by the Glitter Doubler; only Glitters and Shipwreck Glitters.

Since when, I have always gotten 2 of each when I've had Glitter Doubler in past so that's 1 of ways I have been checking to makes sure working. See was 2 days ago but last time now down to 1 as with no Glitter Doubler .
