Global America 2 and 3

We have now enabled Maintenance on all US Servers. There is currently no ETA on when this will end.

We will have a restart in about 30 minutes.

Global America 3 will be removed from Maintenance and players will be able to play again.
The American PvP Server (including Global America 2) will remain under Maintenance; we are still working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

We are currently syncing.

Please note:

• Players who are from the server Global America 2 will not be able to connect at the moment.
• Guilds created on Global America 2 will also not be visible at the moment.

We will then attempt to bring the server back up for all other US Servers.

Ahoy Pirates,

Yesterday we lost our dear 634 servers. We currently do our best to recover all data from it. It’s a bit layer of info and we will need to take care of it slowly and surely that’s why it may take some time. We will keep you posted regarding our steps and next steps.

While the players from 634 can’t have access to their accounts, they will be redirected to the US1 once log in to 634.

We really miss you on the vast seas. A nice package will be booked for your accounts to boost your progress there.

We know that it’s not what you had. But let’s hope for the best. Meanwhile, our tech-savvies are working on bringing back data and the team is working on compensation plans.

Unfortunately, the information regarding the guilds can’t be restored, for now, so feel free to create new ones. Later, we will come back to this topic once we have more recovered info. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The redirection from Global America 2 to another US Server is now live at working, allowing GA2 players to play on another server while we work on a solution.

We are also aware some players on the US PvP Server are suffering from Lost Connection when trying to open the SeaChart; we hope to solve this as soon as possible.

Have you heard the news? The Global America 2 aka 634 survived and is back!

We managed to restore all data before it went down, only 9h of gameplay is missing, but hey it could be worse! It’s a shame but let us treat those from 634 with a nice compensation to make this news a bit sweeter. It will be booked during the day while login in (and till September 26th to cover all players).

We are happy to see our brave Pirates back to the sea!
