    Hello,

    I'm the leader of the alliance of Global America server.

    Me and all of my friends in the alliance bought more than 35 bocor and used them. (We have even friends bought more than 50)
    ​
    Nevertheless, none of us were able to get the present for the bocor. We mentioned this to support too.​


    The server is a fresh one, it hasnt been more than 3-4 months.. Total player amount is around 150.

    Me and my friends think that this a techinical problem. Would you please take a look at this case?

    Otherwise, we as an alliance dont think to buy bocor again.
