    Firstly, to clarify, players will still receive the Gotcha Debuff every time they are caught using a third-party program, that has not changed.

    Every time still much player use it, but until know its not detected by system for get debuff, its fair?

    I know "red" and "blue eye" would punish ships with slow speed and shooting but what does "yellow eye" do? They seem to sail normal speed and shooting. What kind of debuff is that???
