Guild and user avatar

    Ahoy Pirates,

    We have to delete all guild and user avatars to fix a bug.

    We will delete the avatars on Wednesday, the 5th October. After we´ve deleted it and fixed the bug they can be uploaded again.

    Ahoy Pirates,

    Since quite some time now, it isn’t possible to upload avatar and guild images. We would like to fix this problem and therefore we will do a change in the background soon.

    As you can tell we did not act on the previous date issued, due to unforseen bugs. However, we don’t have an exact date when to execute this but we would like give you some time to be prepared.

    The problem is that together with this fix we unfortunately have to delete all uploaded avatar pictures and guild pictures and all pirates will need to upload them once again after the fix is done. After the fix, we will have a lot more storage space for those pictures – but before we have to swallow this bitter pill of deleting all uploaded pictures.

    We will wait approximately 2 weeks with the change, so you can save your uploaded profile pictures before the deleting will be executed. Unfortunately, the guild pictures cannot be saved.

    We will inform you as soon as we know when exactly this change will be done.
