guild apply as unknown error

    so ive been sending in tickets after tickets but nothing happends.. i have not been able to apply to a guild in over 4 weeks now... just get up a unknown error msg when trying to apply and when trying to create a guild it says i cant because im already in 1. can u fix this please?

    Ahoy,

    We would like to apologise for the amount of time you have suffered with this issue.

    We are aware of the problem, and this has been forwarded to the appropriate people. I know this is not the answer you would like to hear, however, unfortunately there is nothing further the moderators can do; we must wait for this issue to be fixed.

    I shall again forward this problem to try speed up the resolution, but I can not state when this fix will be implemented.
