    Its working again today. Is this something that they are resetting each time or is it just happening randomly? I recall the first time I saw this problem it stopped for at least 2 days, but its only been one day at a time in the other occurrences.

    It is a random occurrence that cannot be predicted. As far as what is done after we report it, I can not say as I have no idea.

    A little feedback would help. If its random and they haven't done anything yet, then reporting it again has less effect than if after its reported they fix it (even if its only a temporary fix). Until they tell you more, I'll assume that reporting it helps and I'll report it again if it happens again. ;)

    Your choice if you want to close this or leave it open for the next time.
