why is it you get ships hitting over 300k damage have very long range and you hit them them with the best ammo and all it takes off them is 10k when you can hit other players over 80k they repier that fast with hp and vp and the ships still stop on the water you need to look at all the ships all the bots and hackers and ban them prem also the chat where are the mods no where i can see why players are leaving the game all you want is money money and you do notting for the players or the abuse some players get in chat the game use to good now all the game is now is making you money all the old players work hard for they ship and a new player can come spend money and they ship are harder than the players who have been on years you need to look at the game and not at your bank

We take cheating within this game very seriously. We are constantly innovating our scripts to catch as many as possible, but like viruses constantly change to avoid virus scanners,the script writers tweak theirs to avoid our detection tools.

Unfortunately, the unethical people who develop these scripts are very adept at staying on top of new implementations and finding other ways to exploit the way the game is delivered to our users. This is a never-ending battle.

We do value and respect our honest players, regardless of yours or other's perceptions. Without players like you, this game would not be nearly as enjoyable as it is.

In these situations, if you feel someone or something needs looked into, please send us any information you may have. With your help hopefully we will be able to speed up the process, therefore resolving the issue quicker.

It's understandable that this could cause you some frustration. We do check out every complaint, we test and retest, however you can't just accuse someone of cheating without proof. I know you are frustrated and angry; we don't like seeing players upset and discouraged, we are working hard to resolve such issues from recurring, but we also need to respect the player and the laws before jumping to the conclusion they are cheating.

Yes, many reports are received and all are investigated. What appears to be 'hard evidence' to a player, is only a starting point for legal action against another player. For instance, someone gets upset and 'falsely' accuses you of cheating, would you want an immediate ban placed on your account? Of course not. You would want it properly investigated. Screen shot, videos and personal testimony are great and aid in the fight, but since screen shots and video can be manipulated, independent verification by an internal investigative team is required for action. That takes time but is occurring.
