Happy Hour Event Market broken

    I logged on and got the Happy Hour layer (or maybe it was double Happy Hour?). So, I went to the Event Items market to bid on them. Every one I try to bid on says 'Item not available at auction' after I submit my bid. I can see that none of the items have a pirates name on them so I assume that everyone is having this same issue. Note: all items are available to have a bid entered, none are 'greyed out'.

    Can this get fixed before they go away again? Thanks.
