    Your fellow pirates is correct, however our developers are working to resolve the current problem. Unfortunately we do not have more information to tell you about this. Therefore, all we can ask is that you are patient.

    This is often the case with many things as this game is virtually online 24/7 it adds an additional challenge to sorting issues out. I am not a developer but simply tech support.

    Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, we do not get long explanations on issues, it is either working or not working, and I think we all agree working is the preferred option.

    They will have it sorted as soon as they possibly can.

    As there is nothing further at this time to add I will close this post.
