once again I write to you because I have two weeks which I wrote Supportin even those with no response back yet have no opportunity to tell me where to go elsewhere for the reason for the blocked ship I have not ever used the trick in the game and they blocked me please help me

You must go to http://www.bigpoint.com/bigpoint/support/ and fill in the form, like I have told you in the past. You need to enter the User ID of your current ship (erion) and the server, and then in the comments box you need to put your problem, and the user ID of the boat you believe to have got banned.
Please make sure that the e-mail to this account you're using (erion) is registered correctly to your account. Then you shall receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox. Please check junk mail for sometimes it can go in there.
If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail, then you have done something wrong, or your e-mail has been blacklisted, in which case you will need to start another e-mail account, and register it to your current account (erion) to deal with this.
Please understand that ALL tickets are answered and you are NO exception.

As you have sent a ticket to support this is now out of my control. Therefore I shall close.
