Help uploading an image

I been trying to insert a screenshot so I may ask a question about it, but I can not upload the image from my computer. When I create the thread the only place for me to add an image is in the image icon, from there it ask for me to put in image url.
I researched this topic and I do not have any other options as to where i can upload the image from my computer. Thank you for your help.

 

on the image you crated right mouse click on it and copy the url. if it does not let you then open the pickture in a new window and view in slideshow for there you can retry to copy the url bro.

if both these fail then just right mouse click on your image and go through the obvious options you have eventually you will get the url.

when you do the image save it as jpeg. one you did that try opening a group on facebook or something and upload the photo there to get a http link copy the link and then insert a link via the link tab here see if that works bro.

Thanks guys I did it, I used the tiny pic .com,
I can start a new thread but maybe you guys can answer my questions.
My questions is what is the first icon in the left hand corner, it has a grren check mark in it, but the check mark is usally red.
and my other question is, what is the last icon in the left hand corner- its a yellow arrow pointing up with a scull in the middle and underneath it says 100.
