hit power problem

    ok i just got legacy from event,
    before i got this, with hollows, i was critting at 12,220
    now with the legacy i hit 12,222
    with 10 extra level 5 60's
    have i lost a 7 or 5% bonus recently ?
    or have they lowered damage again ?
