hmmm

today i log in to play for the first time in a while , to immediately shoot and sink a botting boat in an enemy guild, the same said guild players were filling chat with foriegn language, the same said guild holds a number of islands on our server, the same said guild is napped with a strong guild who hold most of the other islands on the server, this particular guild has a number of admins, mods etc within its members, i dare to mention that this is happening and i get a 7 day chat ban .. what kind of game is this? hardly one for english players on an english server who don't cheat is it? ..
no wonder interest is rapidly fading, cheats, theifs and liars i can't be doing with, i doubt you will see or hear from me much more on seafight until things take a turn for the better, I.E. botting ships recieving bans, dodgy guilds having islands, guild gold and pearls stripped and ship bans for extended periods for continuous foriegn languages in chat... have fun

I encourage you to send the usernames and IDs to support. They will look into it and make sure that proper action is taken. With that said, calling people out in chat for cheating is considered a violation of chat rules. All information you have regarding cheaters, (IDs, Usernames, Guilds, Screencaps, videos, etc...) is most definitely wanted by support. The more you have, the better of a chance we can ban them.

 

thank you nimitz, i wish i could share your optimism however firstly its not my job to take the time to gather this kind of information and pointlessly forward it to support for nothing to be done, i come on here to play seafight, not to take screenshots and send e mails, secondly, its well known who does this kind of thing and has been for a long time, like i said, these offenders should be stripped of what they have acrrued illegally, and not hide behind certain mods/admins and for it to be covered up and lied about, i'm not going to name names, they know who they are, its wrong and something should be done about it, and not by me sending a few support tickets in, just log into the english server and take a look at the islands, that might give you a clue.. then you can forget all this and it be brushed under the carpet

 

Don't get me wrong, I'm not having a go at you Nimitz, i know you do things fairly, i also know nothing will change, I'm not that naive.. but to get a 7 day ban for having the 'nerve' to speak out about it is just a further insult to a clean player who would like to enjoy the game as it should be, I'm sure you understand that
