How many restarts...

    does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll tootsie pop? The same can be applied to the servers as the restarts seem to be having the opposite effect of what I thought devteam was trying to achieve. cant shoot npc's, many folks cant get on the water, ect... c'mon gang... lets get it together. How much longer are we going to be dealing with this?
