    What is the problem you are experiencing. Can you log in to the back page, is it stopping you from joining the sea chart. Are you getting any messages. What is your user id and server. Are you getting the congestion issue.

    Please give more information if you require us to review your own problem, as to state you can not log in, does not give us the ability to help.
