Hp and VP missing.

So with my L Imperial design ship i have gems that get me to 65k hitpoints and 35k Vp hit points , i went and bought the Morskar design and when i went to switch it the Vp and Hp stayed the same and the info in the payment says The Polish ship design offers you the following benefits:

up to 16% more cannon damage
10% more harpoon damage
50% more Battlepoints
Bonus HP: Up to 83,000
Bonus VP: Up to 40,000

the only difference i got for the Morska design is the battle points gem and the harpoons but i have only 65k hp and 35k Vp instead of the 83k and 40k someone explain to me !!

Those stats are based upon the old calculation system. Assuming you are a 27 elite, you are now receiving 80,000 HP and 50,000 VP. This is based upon the new system of :

So the way the new system is designed is you are getting your 65,000 HP + 15,000 HP from the elite modifier. And you are receiving 35,000 VP + 15,000 VP. You are losing 3k HP but gain 10k VP from what the ships stats were before the transmogrification change over.

 

i am also elite level 27 and pirate 20 and morksa only gives me 13% cannon damage when it says it should give up to 16%

 

Yea but nimitz i dont have the extra 80k hp nor Extra Vp my hp and Vp stayed exatcly the same as when i had the L imperial

 

Please read the quote I posted, you get 13% from the gem then another 3% from your elite modifier. That is 16% cannon damage. As for your L'imperial, it has the same stats as your current ship. Both have the same when added in gems and Elite buffs. Therefore, you would not see a difference.

 

as if all i bought was the design with no Buff or anything i hit exactly the same i didnt even get the gems that are to come with the morska design

That is due to the fact that the French and Polish designs are the same besides their special gems.

 

with the new design i should be receiving 80,000 HP and 50,000 VP. so the french design and polish design have the exact same gems what happend to the 83k hp and VP ? i don't understand how it says the design benefiits with 83k hp and Vp when you just said french and polish design are the same.

 

The old stats for both ships are the following:

French:
Elite level 0-22: Bonus Damage: 13%, Bonus Hit Points: 65,000, Bonus Voodoo Points: 32,500.
Elite level 23-24: Bonus Damage: 14%, Bonus Hit Points: 71,000, Bonus Voodoo Points: 35,000. Elite level 25-26: Bonus Damage: 15%, Bonus Hit Points: 77,000, Bonus Voodoo Points: 37,500. Elite level 27: Bonus Damage: 16%, Bonus Hit Points: 83,000, Bonus Voodoo Points: 40,000.


Polish:
Elite level 0-22: Bonus Damage: 13%, Bonus Hit Points: 65,000, Bonus Voodoo Points: 32,500. Elite level 23-24: Bonus Damage: 14%, Bonus Hit Points: 71,000, Bonus Voodoo Points: 35,000. Special Gems:
French: PVP Gem
Polish: Battle Point bonus

When the HP,VP, and Damage are converted into gems you are given a 65k HP gem, a 35k VP gem and a 13% damage gem. Then based upon your elite level, you make up the differences between the old stats (pre-transmogrification system) and the new stats.
