HP & Harpoon bug

    So my first problem is my HP, it reads that I have a total amount of 130,000. So I repair and get it to full health no problem, but then immediately when I activate something (for example, windstorm), 25,000 Hp will disappear and then ill have 105,000/130,000 HP... this has been happening ever since my Stainless Steel Fortification ran out of duration. If you can fix this or explain the cause of this I will be happy.
    The next bug I have is a infinite harpoon glitch, I seem to not be running out of Iron harpoons no matter how much I use them, the amount is stuck at 10 and is not decreasing even though I have well shot more than 10, and it still causes damage so I assume its not a small glitch, I do not know why it doesnt run out.

    You lose the pet HP, just deactive and active and it will work again.
