    We have had a few reports of this and are looking into the issue. Thank you for your patience while we look into it.

    We were hoping that this would be resolved by the last restart, however this was not the case. I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you. This has again been forwarded to the appropriate people, however, unfortunately it will be Monday before this is likely to be resolved. All days will be added on to your account and you will not lose any of them.

    There were issues with the subscriptions and bonuses. They are still being looked into. I apologize for the issues so far, they are still being looked at.
