    I thought Hugin gave out snowballs only? Was I wrong about that? I didn't see anything specific in FAQ about it.

    Is this something I should put in Technical problems? or is it more like icebergs where you can get several different items?

    These give out different rewards, just like the floes. This is written in the FAQ. Please see the quote below:
