    Regarding to Support's answer.. Good morning/afternoon/evening, I lost the access to my last email account!! because is it really OLD!!! I just forget it after a lot of years without using it/playing the game.! I only created the account/email for the game when I was a kid for the game.!! This is my new email address and unique for this account now!!!! *Edit* .. this account has been linked to my FACEBOOK for YEARS! IM THE OWNER AND FULL PROPIETARY ! thanks for the service ! CAN YOU HELP ME? or are you just ignoring me ? almost a MONTH sending this email! Im an adult now! And I need the proper access to my belongings....

    I can relate to this! I am also facing the exact same issue. Even my messages sent through the 'support' contact have not been replied to.
