if i dont cheat

if i follow the rules ... and i do ... im not a pirate which im my opinion i think tells players 2 be a looter/stealer/pilliger/hat wearer ... what rewards do i get ... and im not doing what seafight tells me 2 do

 

Not cheating and following the rules results in the reward of keeping everything on your account.

If you do cheat, and are caught, you lose everything forever.

 

So some players take a risk and cheat and they might get away with it or they might get banned for life. If BP were to give out everything that someone has developed a cheat for we would all have maxed boats. And your question does not really make since.

Your fellow pirate is correct, if you cheat, your account will be banned and lost permanently. If you do not cheat and you play fairly by the rules, you will not lose your account.

 

You get the satisfaction of knowing you play fair. Makes me mad when I get sunk by a cheater. I still play. Ratt

 

errgh excuse me ....as i said i play fairly..u do not need to tell me that cheating is wrong.pointing out right and wrongs,is not what i need to know.

 

I wasn't saying it was right or wrong, I was saying that the reward for not cheating is your own account and everything on it, which I believe is what you asked for.

The reward for cheating is eventually losing your account and everything on it.

dirks, don't be so touchy we all agree that cheating is wrong and no one is saying you do it is just the simple truth= cheat and get caught loose everything, play by the rules and keep all you worked for, simple

 

I think the problem is, what is the definition of cheating. It seems there are several of them and some may not be what we consider them to be. As is the definition of Exploit use. Until they are defined we will continue to be awash in a sea of confusion.

 

One day they may extend the bans to players who can't be nice in chat too....

The definition of a "cheater" is a player who uses unfair, third party tools and bugs to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
