    329/26191257 i wonder if you could tell us why after 4 people playing there own ships in 1 house do we get ip chat ban surely its like an internet cafe and does not require that action when we log ion our ships it states authorisation failed please could you help in this matter

    If you do indeed have an ip ban this would be due to one of the player in the house acting very inappropriately on chat. IP bans are our last resort when players cannot behave on chat.
    We would be unable to discuss this on the forum, this should be directed to support who can do further investigations.
