Support Is it Broken?

I logged onto game 2019-01-23 13:21:27 then I logged off 2019-01-23 13:27:22 I had the +10% bonus but due to no quest to do I logged off. I came back at 2019-01-23 15:57:55 and no more +10% so question is how long does +10% last, if I log onto game for 1 to 10 mins and log off again I lose it is there no set time on this? Or does time just keep running once log into game and then log off?

 

Must be logged into game 1st time since yesterday morning and no +10% bonus.

 

It last for 1 hour and if you log out for an hour it should reset. That is the information provided to me. Now I have found that if I have the back page (home page) open during the time I am not on the Seachart it does not reset. I do not know if this helped, but if it continues please provide your player ID# and server so that someone can look into it for you.

I logged out yesterday after being on for 10 minutes came back 2 hour later to see if quest for re-set had no +10% back page was not open because was not on game thane logged of until this morning about 20 hours off the game no back page open and still got no +10 this morning period.

 

Please clear your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC after.

Like for 8 years have being doing that I clear every time I log from game, I see this is always the fall back answer Still! I also still clear Flash cache or do guys don't include that line anymore also?

Yeah and I get that’s what your told and I am passing along that it does not work so you can pass that along but as always will not do much good and never has.
