Is it Intentional

To go day after day after day after day with the lag on the US Mega Server, it leads me to believe that perhaps the developers have intentionally planned for this server to become unplayable on a daily basis. It is the only reason I can find that makes sense. If this is true, please put us out of our misery and just shut it down.

The lag is not intentional, and it is a priority to fix. However, sometimes issues are not able to be fixed quickly; it takes time to locate the issue, find a solution and then implement the solution.

I appreciate your help in sending a message swift. But this is happening every day on the US Server. Most have run out of patience. This has been going on for a long time. Please send another message that the players on the US Server would prefer to be able to play the game, rather than have new updates and evenys on an unplayable game.

 

The issue began since the link of all the servers, i mean you planned to join the players to get more players and more money in the game but you did not even think what would happen, more players more lag if you want to join more than 800 players in each server you have to update your data base you system whatever you use to allow players to play without issue, this is the most expensive game i have ever played and has the worst server every single day lagged and you prefer to release new and more expensive cannons and updates instead of fixing the server first to keep the game playable and then release whatever you want to release, if there is a war between the allys we ahe to play with lagg because the server does not support that amount of player playing at th same time in the same map, i uderstand sometimes but this is eerysingle day. that is not fair i´m not complaining for the money because we decide if we pay or not im complaining becasue if i pay i deserve something decent to play.

Your feedback about the lag is forwarded and as already mentioned it is a priority to fix. Nobody wants the lag to exist, and the team are working to correct this issue.
