    Issue with Email distribution​


    Ahoy Pirates,


    An external provider of ours have a technical issue with processing certain emails to our players which result in emails in these categories not being distributed:

    • Forgotten Password
    • Forgotten Email
    • Registration Email

    Our IT department is on contact with the service provider to find a solution for this problem.

    We will keep you informed once we have further information on this matter.

    The problem with the Emails has now been fixed and the service are fully operational again.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and are in contact with the provider how this can be avoided in the future.
