    Unable to start quests for 39 from XIE SHULIE, the question mark is still white, and i am still waiting for my level 6 rowboats and my selwoods level 5 from a few weeks ago from the package i bought ...ty

    Hello,

    please check the amount of active quests on your account.

    You are able to accept up to 3 quests (4 if you own Slashing Blades), once your quest queue is full you wont be able to start new ones.

    Issues regarding payment packages have to go through Support.

    I havent got any quests ongoing or doing any, i just cant accept quests for level 39
